The most perfect setting
Villa Rumiya is situated on the Spanish south-eastern Mediterranean coast. Nestled in a semi-private cove on a peaceful shoreline, it is just 60 feet from the water. The shoreline, shared with only three other villas, is part beach and part rock, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and underwater fishing in pristine waters. The Villa is elegantly styled with wrap-around marble porches, Moorish archways, marble flooring and terraces. Four bedrooms each with full bathrooms, sleep 10 to 12 comfortably and a fully equiped modern kitchen with walk out terrace overlooking the beach makes dining a pleasure. In addition there are two large one bedroom apartments on the site that are also available to rent (only by the same people as the main villa). Although very private and off the beaten tourist path, there are stores and restaurants within a few miles. Spacious airy rooms and an inside Andalusian patio with a marble fountain and a flower filled garden just steps from the sea make a perfect retreat for those who wish to soak up the sea and sun in solitude. Local sightseeing includes mountains, archeological ruins, historic towns with excellent restaurants, and medieval monuments. The mild Mediterranean climate makes swimming possible year round. The house comprises of the main villa with 4 bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom, plus two one bedroom apartments that can be rented in addition to the main house. This house has every modern convenience you could hope for. In each bedroom there is a television with satellite TV, video, music system, telephone and fridge, aswell as heating and air-conditioning. The house comes fully equipped with barbeques, all kitchen gadgets, dingy, beach towels.

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 3 double,3 twin, 6 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has double sofa beds located in the In the lounge of each apartment. This gives room for up to 17 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

villa has 7 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The villa has television with video, dvd, satellite or cable. The music system will play cassettes, radio.

You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
