Apartment
The apartment has everything you could possibly need there for a nice relaxing holiday in the sun. There are 2 twin Bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes so plenty of space for your clothes and golf clubs. The bathrooms are well equipped with one having a walk in shower and the other having full size bath with shower over it. A well equipped kitchen & spacious open plan lounge/ dining room with seating for 4 people. UK sky satellite TV is fitted, so you can see all your usual programmes, plus a DVD player with selection of DVDs. The apartment is fitted with Air-conditioning throughout, so every room can be kept nice & cool during the heat of summer.
Pool & Patio Area
The apartment complex has a large pool and toddler’s pool which are seldom busy, so you will often have them all to yourselves. You can also find plenty of sun in the patio to the rear of the apartment which gets the sun all day due to the south facing position. It is very private, somewhere you can sit, have a drink, eat or just relax and enjoy some privacy.
Out & About
The complex is in an excellent position - the beach is literally just a 10 minute stroll down the road and Palomares centre is just five minutes in the other direction, where you will also find plenty of nice little eating places, a selection of bars, along with a good local grocery store, bank, chemist, tobacco shop, butchers & bakers. Minutes away from Palomares is the fishing village of Villaricos and down the road is the small port of Garrucha with its harbour side restaurants. The family resort of Mojacar Playa and its ancient white hilltop town Mojacar Pueblo is only 10 minutes away and beyond that lies the Cabo de Gata National Park. A great choice of activities are available locally that include 6 golf courses within 20 minutes, fishing, scuba/diving, tennis and horse riding. The Parque Aquatico Vera (Water Park) is only 5 minutes away.
