Luxury Penthouse with Panoramic Views
Fully fitted luxury penthouse apartment in the exclusive Laguna Beach complex. One double bedroom with Queen size bed, wardrobes and drawers, ensuite shower room, wc and basin. One twin bedroom with wardrobes and drawers. Second bathroom with wc, bidet, basin, bath and shower. Fully fitted kitchen with serving hatch to dining area seating six. Comfy lounge with seaviews and sofa-bed. Sun terrace with spectacular sea views for breakfast, evening drinks, etc. Upstairs private sundeck with barbeque, lighting and electric power.

Laguna Beach
Secure, gated landscaped gardens with two swimming pools and full amenities (seasonal openings - enquire for details). Lifeguards watch all pools. Children have their own pools as well as play areas. Fully equipped gym, sauna and jacuzzi. Tennis and paddle courts. Lake views where canoes are for hire (no noisy power craft!). Scenic gardens. Walk out of the gate and you are on the promenade and long quiet beach in a few minutes. Tapas bars and restaurants are situated along the promenade.

A short drive from Laguna Beach is the marina town of Almerimar with shops, bars and restaurants. A Gary Player designed 27 hole golf course is here along with sailing, scuba diving and other water sports.

Brian says: "we found Laguna Beach to be an excellent complex and the apartment was of a really high standard which easily met our needs for stay in june/july 08. Roof terrace was great for relaxing and BBQ. Big pool is a short stroll away. Nearby beach is clean and has a promenade to Almerimar which stretches for miles. Found Almeriamar to be a frienly resort with a great choice of restaurants and bars and larger towns only a short drive away. Currently in process of booking for 09"
