Beautiful Almeria
In the south-eastern most tip of the country, nestling in the foothills of the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains, lies one of Spain's greatest undiscovered secrets - The Costa Almeria. With long sandy beaches at Mojacar and Vera, the picturesque fishing village of Villaricos and the rugged coastline beyond, this beautiful unspoilt region, offers everything to the discerning holidaymaker: - stunning scenery and a wide range of restaurants offering superb authentic Spanish cuisine. For those looking for a more energetic holiday, there is an abundance of water sports and the area is a walker's paradise with the Sierra Nevada Mountains only a short drive away and a protected National Park occupying the entire south-east corner. This region has become the preferred haven for golfers. Four outstanding courses can be found within a ten minute drive including, Valle del Este's and Desert Springs.

Llomas Del Mar
The apartment is set in a small and select development which boasts two communal swimming pools, two paddling pools, and a tennis court. Tennis rackets and balls are supplied for your own personal use. A parking space is allocated close to the apartment. As no vehicles are allowed within the complex a peaceful environment is created and your children can play safely. There is a large supermarket within 100 yards ot the development with an outstnading range of fresh produce and bars, restaurants and other shops are a few minutes drive away.

The Apartment
Our penthouse apartment looks down onto the pool areas from the private terrace.It is self contained, with 2 bedrooms, a fully tiled bathroom with shower and a spacious lounge/dining area. The kitchens are fully-fitted with a range of high and low level units and a granite work surface. They are well equipped with appliances such as fridge-freezer, washer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron and perhaps the most important appliance of any self-catering holiday - a dishwasher!

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double,1 twin. The property also has a double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The apartment has television with satellite or cable.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 5 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

mark says: "The accomodation was clean, tidy and well furnished. the complex was too. any faults to the apartment were quickly addressed by the on site manager. our younger children especially enjoyed the choice of two pools which were easily accessible. the on site tennis was also convenient. our teenage son did get bored towards the end of the holiday.hence the recommendation to hire a car. there is a good supermarket within easy walking distance. however would recommend hiring a car to reach nearest shops.town.cafes etc. "
