Mojacar apartment rental details

LARGE AIR CONDITIONED ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH SUPERB VIEWS OVER MED
This new build apartment is light and spacious and occupies the highest point at Puerto Marina with views to the Mediteranian from all rooms. The large patio terrace area can be accessed from both the bedroom and the lounge, where guests will find sunbeds and table and chairs to allow them to enjoy one of Spains best climates. The apartment is serviced by people on site who will deal with any problems or requests if you have any. This apartment will sleep 2 adults in the bedroom and two children on a double sofa bed. It is not suitable for 4 adults. Also included in the price are beach towels so no need to fill your case with them. A very generous welcome pack is included so dont shop before arriving at the apartment.

No other corner of Andalucía can boast such a rich and close heritage with their Moorish past as does Mojácar. With her exceptional situation as a lookout dominating the surrounding terrain, Mojácar has been settled by many and varied peoples since antiquity. Populated since the bronze age around 2000 BC, soon traders such as Phoenicians and Carthaginians arrived to serve the growing communities. Under Greek dominion, the settlement was called Murgis-Akra, from whence came the latinized Moxacar, the Moorish Muxacra and finally the current name of Mojácar.

The apartment is set in a quiet location, yet has all amenities close at hand. It is ideal for family holidays or couples and only 45 minutes drive from Almeria airport. Vera Water Park is 10 minutes drive away. Mojacar Playa has hundreds of restaurants and bars, all within easy reach. Mini Hollywood, where the 1960s and 1970s Spaghetti Westerns were made is 45 minutes away.
